| Discover for yourself the
marvelous health benefits, pain relief and sense of well-being that
result from a therapeutic massage from Stacy Hopkins, LMP. Stacy offers
a unique blend of massage modalities in a tranquil setting, or if you
prefer, in the privacy of your own home or your office.
A graduate of Peninsula College's
Massage Therapy Program, Stacy received more than 750 hours of
instruction in Anatomy and Physiology, Kinesiology, business, ethics,
and a variety of bodywork techniques. After graduation, Stacy has
continued her training, completing more than 100 hours of Bowen Work to
become a Registered Bowen Work Practitioner.
Stacy's interest in holistic healing
and body therapy approaches led her to an understanding of the need for
a comprehensive massage therapy program. In addition to the more
traditional forms of "wellness" massage, such as Swedish massage
therapy, Stacy uses Bowen work and Q2 Energy treatments to promote the
healing energy of the body by stimulating the body's own natural
healing process. Working with your specific needs, Stacy can develop a
personalized and highly effective treatment plan for any situation,
from simple stress release to injuries, to chronic medical conditions.
