What is Bowenwork?

Bowenwork is a dynamic system of muscle and connective tissue therapy that was developed by the late Tom Bowen in Geelong, Australia.

Bowenwork is based on the principle that our bodies are self-healing and with the right stimulation, our body can return to a healthy state. Like tuning a stringed instrument, Bowenwork resonates through the nervous system inducing the body to reset, recharge and heal itself.

Bowenwork addresses the client as a whole person, rather than a collection of symptoms. The physical, chemical, emotional and mental aspects of each person receiving Bowenwork will all respond, as they are able.
